Two kinds of food temperature control in one device
On the one hand you can use the compact BP2F to quickly determine the surface temperature of individual foodstuffs or entire product ranges using non-contact infrared detection – particularly convenient for quick, reliable temperature scans of incoming goods or upon inspections. At a distance of 10 cm from the measured material, the measuring spot diameter is 25 mm.
If the measured values are outside the tolerance or if you want to determine the core temperature as well, you can additionally use the fold-out stainless steel penetration probe for temperature control. When not in use, it can simply be retracted into the handle and locked. This way the compact combination device can be safely stored in even the smallest jacket pocket.
Precise measurement results and easy handling at once
When folding out the penetration probe, the BP2F is automatically activated and infrared measurement starts immediately at the push of a button. Since the few, well thought-out function buttons are self-explanatory, the BP2F can directly be used in practice without much briefing. All measured temperature values are clearly visible as they are indicated in large digits on the illuminated display. Moreover the alarm function for freely definable maximum and minimum temperature limit values allows for a quick and precise use of the measuring device depending on your individual requirements – for example for monitoring cold chains or cooking temperatures.
Due to the robust, washable IP65 housing, the BP2F is the reliable solution for food temperature controls in accordance with the HACCP standard carried out by manufacturers and inspectors as well as in trade, gastronomy and transportation.
